Own your photos…

Willie Ave. Photography offers flat rates for sessions and final images. Your professionally edited images will be sent to you, at no additional cost, for production at the printer of your choice. Enjoy this opportunity to allow giving gifts of your prints and decorating your spaces a more viable option without paying the high costs of photographers’ print fees.

PHOTO SESSIONS

Option A - One hour session: Recommended for those not looking for a change of wardrobe or location as well as those with young children, animals, (or adults) with shorter attention spans. $150

The Mini - 30 minute session: Recommended for those looking for a few shots for holiday or announcement cards, etc. No wardrobe change. $75

Option B - One hour, forty-five minute session: Recommended for those interested in two sets of clothing, a second, nearby location or larger parties*. $200

Option C - Custom session: Recommended for those who need additional time than the options above. Smaller amounts of time may be offered as specials for limited times, but not on a regular basis. Custom sessions are meant for those needing two hours or longer. Base rate is $250 for two hours with an increase of $50 for every half hour following. Please note the clock for each additional half hour begins halfway through the half hour session. For example: If you have a two hour, fifty minute shoot, you will pay $350 ($250 base rate for two hours + $50 for first half hour + $50 for second half hour that lasted over fifteen minutes).

*Parties of seven or more are required to reserve a one-hour forty-five minute session.

EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY

Event photography is charged by the hour at a rate of $100 for the first hour and $75 each additional hour. A minimum of one hour, or $100, is required.

Please note the start for each additional hour begins halfway through the hour session, or at the 30 minute point. For example: If you have a two hour, fifty minute shoot, you will pay $250 ($100 for first hour + $75 for second hour + $75 for 50 minutes as time exceeded 30 minutes of third hour).

If your event goes less than a 30 minutes into the following hour, the rate will be prorated to $37.50. For example: If you have a two hour, twenty minute shoot, you will pay $212.50 ($100 for first hour + $75 for second hour + $37.50 for 20 minutes as time did not exceed 30 minutes of third hour).

EXPECTATIONS

All images will be professionally edited prior to delivery. Unless otherwise advised, turnaround time is one week (seven days) for the Option A session and The Mini; two weeks (14 days) for the Option B session and Events. Option C session delivery dates will be discussed at time of reservations.

DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS

A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to hold your Photo Session reservation. A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to hold your Event reservation. These amounts will be applied toward the total cost of your shoot. The balance may be paid any time up to the scheduled shoot, no later than the date of the shoot.

ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS

Black & White Images: Add a full set of black and white images to you order for an increase of only $25.

Travel fee: Locations over 35 miles from the photographer’s home base (zip code 30344) will incur a travel fee of $35.

Rush request: Rush requests to receive your images in three days are available a fee of $45 for Option A sessions and $55 for Option B sessions.
